Hi, I’m Krystyna Gonzalez.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about supporting people through life’s most challenging moments. I offer a warm, bilingual space in both English and Spanish where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate trauma, life transitions, and personal growth.

My Approach

Healing is personal, and therapy should feel collaborative and empowering. I use evidence-based approaches including trauma focused EMDR, Somatic Therapy (Movement‑Integrated), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and nature-based to help you process difficult experiences, shift unhelpful patterns, and build practical coping skills. My work centers on creating a safe, steady space where you can explore your story at your own pace while gaining tools to move forward with clarity and confidence.

I specialize in trauma-focused EMDR, walk-and-talk therapy, life transitions, such as starting a new job, welcoming a new child, beginning school, or other significant changes. I am here to validate your experience, help you feel less alone, and connect you with meaningful resources and much needed support.

I offer in person and virtual appointments, as well as walk and talk therapy for those who feel most at ease processing their experiences while moving outdoors. Integrating nature and gentle movement can create space for reflection, grounding, and deeper connection.

Outside of therapy, I am passionate about hiking, being outdoors, and photography. Photography is a deeply grounding practice for me because it encourages me to slow down and truly notice my surroundings. It is my version of self-care and a reminder that healing often begins with presence and awareness. Cafecito (coffee) is my friend, and I love trying out new coffees from different countries when I travel.
